First Download and install the Translation module then activate it, once you activated it refresh the page then you should see Translation item on the sidebar menu



Click on the Translation item on the sidebar then create new language



Type you new lanuage name and code, language code will appear on front end URLs




Click the Edit icon to start editing your language translations

On the textarea type your translation, your translation is autosave so just type and move to the next
